About our bus card recharge service in Abu Dhabi
AD RideLoad is a small office in Al Manhal that helps riders top up bus card balances without going to a machine. We handle hafilat recharge requests for residents, visitors and companies that pay for staff travel.
What we actually do
- We accept a card serial number and an amount through the form on this website.
- We confirm the details with you by phone, WhatsApp or email and agree the payment method.
- We submit the top-up and tell you when the credit should be readable on the card.
- We answer questions about limits, timing and fares, and we help trace a request that did not arrive.
What we leave to the stations
- Issuing a new card, turning it into a personalised one, or buying a 7-day or 30-day pass.
- Fare questions and travel penalties, which the bus operator handles directly.
Who uses the service
Residents who commute daily and would rather not stop at a machine, visitors who are not sure where the nearest recharge point is, and small companies that keep several staff cards topped up. For all of them the request is the same: a serial number, an amount and a contact number.
AD RideLoad is an independent service and is not part of Hafilat or Abu Dhabi Mobility. Card names are used only to describe what we help with.
