Privacy policy
This policy explains what we collect when you send a request, why we need it and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
From a top-up or balance request: the Hafilat card serial number, the amount, your name, mobile number and, if you give one, an email address.
From a message through the contact form: your name, the contact detail you choose and the text of the message.
From your browser: anonymous page statistics such as which pages were opened and roughly from which region.
Why we need it
The card number and amount are the instruction we act on. Without them a top-up cannot be submitted.
Contact details let us confirm the request, send a reference and reach you if something goes wrong.
Statistics help us see which pages riders use most and fix the ones they leave quickly.
What a request includes
A request is the card serial number, the amount and a contact detail. Payment itself is arranged with a manager afterwards.
We do not need identity document scans or your travel history.
How long we keep it
Request records are kept for 24 months so that we can answer questions about an old top-up or a refund.
Contact form messages are kept for 12 months. Anonymous statistics are kept in aggregated form only.
Who else sees it
Our own staff handling your request, and the payment provider when you pay. Nothing is sold or passed to advertisers.
Data may be disclosed if a competent authority in the United Arab Emirates lawfully requires it.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no legal or accounting reason requires us to keep it.
Write to billing@adrideload.org with the request reference. We reply within 30 days.
