Terms of service

1. Who we are

AD RideLoad is an independent top-up service operating from Office W13 02, 41 Al Lulu-iyah Street, Al Manhal, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

We are not Hafilat, Abu Dhabi Mobility or a government entity, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. We act only as an intermediary that submits top-ups on your instruction.

2. The service

We accept a Hafilat card serial number and a top-up amount, confirm them with you, collect payment and submit the top-up.

We do not issue, replace or personalise cards, we do not sell passes and we do not resolve fare disputes or travel penalties.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the card serial number you provide is correct and that you are entitled to top up that card.

You accept that credit added to a card cannot be converted back into cash, and that a card cannot hold more than AED 150.

You agree to give a working phone number or email so that we can confirm the request.

4. Fees and payment

Our service fee is AED 3 per request and is shown before the request is sent. Top-up amounts run from AED 10 to AED 150 in steps of AED 5.

A manager agrees the payment method with you after the request is confirmed.

Prices and limits set by the card issuer, including fares and the balance cap, are outside our control and may change.

5. Timing

Requests are confirmed within 24 working hours. After a top-up is submitted, credit can take up to two hours to reach the card and becomes readable once the card is tapped on a validator or a recharge machine.

Requests sent outside working hours are handled on the next working day.

6. Liability

We are responsible for submitting the amount you confirmed to the card number you confirmed. We are not responsible for a wrong serial number supplied by you, for credit that expires unused, or for decisions made by the card issuer or bus operator.

Our liability for any single request is limited to the amount paid for that request.

7. Acceptable use

The service may not be used to top up cards obtained unlawfully, to test payment instruments, or in any way that breaks the law of the United Arab Emirates.

We may decline a request without giving a reason and return any amount already paid.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies to requests sent after it appears.
